Neurony Labs
Last updated: 30 Aug 2026

1. Who we are

Neurony Labs ("Neurony Labs," "we," "us," or "our") is the US-facing applied AI lab brand of Neurony. We operate the website at neuronylabs.com (the "Site") and maintain offices in New York, Stockholm, and Bucharest.

This Policy explains what personal data we collect through the Site, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to visitors, prospective clients, and anyone who submits information through our Site. It does not cover data we process on behalf of clients under a separate service agreement; that data is governed by the terms of that agreement.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you fill out our Get Started / Contact form, we collect: first and last name, work email address, phone number (optional), company name, job title, company size, industry, which capability you are interested in, and any additional information you choose to share in the free-text field. We also record how you told us you heard about us, if provided.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, and the date and time of your visit. We may use cookies and similar technologies (such as web beacons or local storage) to collect this information; see Section 6 (Cookies) below.

Information we do not intentionally collect. We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other sensitive financial or identity data through the Site. Please do not include this kind of information in the free-text field of our contact form.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • respond to your inquiry and follow up on the specific capability, industry, or use case you told us about;
  • route your submission to the right team internally;
  • send you information you have asked for about our services, and, where legally permitted, occasional relevant updates about Neurony Labs (you can opt out at any time, see Section 8);
  • operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, including understanding how visitors use it;
  • detect, prevent, and address spam, fraud, or misuse of our contact form (we use a hidden honeypot field and similar technical measures for this purpose, which do not involve profiling you); and
  • comply with our legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use the information you submit through our contact form to make any automated decision that produces a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

4. Legal basis for processing (EEA/UK visitors)

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on the following legal bases under the General Data Protection Regulation:

  • Consent, where you have actively submitted the contact form or opted in to receive communications from us;
  • Legitimate interests, for operating and securing the Site, understanding aggregate usage, and following up on business inquiries, balanced against your rights and expectations; and
  • Legal obligation, where processing is necessary to comply with applicable law.

You may withdraw consent at any time; see Section 8.

5. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it with:

  • Service providers who help us operate the Site and our business on our behalf, such as hosting providers, email and customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and analytics providers, each bound by contract to use your information only to provide services to us;
  • Neurony and its affiliated entities, since Neurony Labs operates as part of that group, for the purposes described in this Policy;
  • Professional advisors such as lawyers and accountants, where necessary; and
  • Authorities or third parties, where required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand aggregate traffic patterns, and, where enabled, support marketing analytics. These generally fall into three categories:

  • Essential cookies, needed for the Site to function correctly;
  • Analytics cookies, which help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it; and
  • Marketing cookies, which may be used to measure the effectiveness of our outreach, where enabled.

Where required by law, we will ask for your consent before setting non-essential cookies, through a cookie banner or similar mechanism on the Site. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect how parts of the Site function.

[Confirm before publishing: which specific analytics or marketing tools, if any, are actually installed on the Site, so this section and any cookie banner can name them accurately.]

7. International data transfers

Because Neurony Labs operates across Romania, Sweden, and the United States, information we collect may be transferred to, stored, and processed in countries other than the one in which you are located, including the United States. Where we transfer personal data out of the EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognized under applicable data protection law, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

8. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information: to access the information we hold about you; to correct inaccurate information; to request deletion; to object to or restrict certain processing; to request a portable copy of your information; and to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, including the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and to request its deletion. We do not sell personal information as defined under that law.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@neuronylabs.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Data retention

We retain the information collected through our contact form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain our business records, and comply with our legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized. Technical and analytics data collected automatically is retained for a limited period consistent with the purposes described in Section 3.

10. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Contact us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or wish to exercise any of the rights described above, contact us at:

13. Changes to this Policy
