1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at neuronylabs.com (the "Site"), operated by Neurony Labs, the US-facing applied AI lab brand of Neurony ("Neurony Labs," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms govern use of the Site itself. They do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, any separate written agreement, statement of work, or master services agreement governing a specific engagement with Neurony Labs (Neurony Wire, Forward-Deployed Engineers, Neurony Core, or any other service). Where such an agreement exists, its terms control for that engagement.
2. About the Site
The Site is an informational and marketing resource describing Neurony Labs' services, industry focus, published pricing where shown, and company background, and it provides a way for you to submit an inquiry through our Get Started form. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer of services; any engagement begins only once both parties sign a separate services agreement.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You agree not to:
- use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or any account, or interfere with its normal operation;
- scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Site by automated means, except as permitted by a published robots.txt file;
- submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through our contact form, or use it to transmit spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial content; or
- copy, reproduce, or repurpose the Site's content for a competing commercial purpose without our written permission.

The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, the Neurony Labs name and marks, and the underlying design and code, are owned by or licensed to Neurony Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any trademarks, service marks, or logos of third parties, including client names or logos shown on the Site, remain the property of their respective owners and are displayed to describe our track record, not to suggest sponsorship or endorsement of the Site itself.

By submitting information through our Get Started / Contact form or any other form on the Site, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. Please do not submit any information you consider confidential or proprietary through the Site; our contact form is not intended as a secure channel for sensitive business information.
